Fiesta Rolls

This can be used to make fiesta rolls or just dip. I love it because it's so easy and versital!
Ingredients
How to make it
- Let cheese get to room temperature and mix in salsa.
- mix well. (I use hand mixer)
- Spread small amount on tortilla and roll up then slice into bite size pieces.
- Thats it you can add cheese and green onions but it's not needed these are so good just plain! If you don't have the time to make the roll ups just leave in the bowl and serve with tortilla chips. I love that you can use spicy or mild salsa or both for a party. We have a raspberry chipolte salsa that is SO SO good in this!!!!
