How to make it

  • Let cheese get to room temperature and mix in salsa.
  • mix well. (I use hand mixer)
  • Spread small amount on tortilla and roll up then slice into bite size pieces.
  • Thats it you can add cheese and green onions but it's not needed these are so good just plain! If you don't have the time to make the roll ups just leave in the bowl and serve with tortilla chips. I love that you can use spicy or mild salsa or both for a party. We have a raspberry chipolte salsa that is SO SO good in this!!!!

Mrs. Renfro's brand the jar has www.renfrofoods.com listed so maybe if your store doesn't carry it you can get it here?! I just made some of this dip for taco night and today I used their peach salsa SO good but I still like the raspberry best! If you try my pork chili I use this peach salsa in it and it's wonderful!!
