Yummy In Your Tummy Wings Recipe

Ingredients

5 lbs frozen chicken wing pieces

2 c sugar

3/4 c soy sauce

1.5 oz Southern Comfort whiskey

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

Directions

Par boil the wings for 10 minutes and let cool while preparing the sauce

Mix all other ingredients in a medium sauce pan and slowly bring to a boil

Stay right with it because it tends to boil over

Reduce heat to a simmer and stir until sauce thickens slightly

Arrange wings in a large disposable foil roaster (less clean up)

Pour sauce over wings and arrange on center rack in a 450 F oven

Bake for approx 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until wings are dark, gooey and yummy.
