Baked Soy Lemon Chops Recipe

Ingredients

1/2c soy sauce

1Tbs worcestershire sauce

4 cloves garlic,minced

2tbs lemon juice

1/2tspblack pepper

1tsp vegetable oil

4 pork chops

Directions

In a shallow dish,combine soy sauce,worcestershire sauce,garlic,lemon juice,pepper and oil. Add pork chops and turn evenly to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375

Place marinated chops in a roasting pan and bake in preheated oven for 35-40 mins,basting meat often with marinade.
