This is a sweet sandwich that serves almost like a dessert but might be a good lunch alternative for those young picky eaters...especially if peanut butter is an allergy.

Ingredients
  • 16 oz package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon (or to taste)
  • Cinnamon or Cinnamon Raisin Sliced Bread
  • Chopped Walnuts (optional)

Directions
  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon. (Add walnuts if using)
  2. Spread over bread to make a sandwich.
  3. Cut into triangles.
  4. Enjoy!
