How to make it

  • Brown chops on both sides.
  • Place in greased casserole dish
  • Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chops.Bake,uncovered,at 350 for 1 hour!

    Excellent chops! I agree with Kd1021 with the reduced cooking time. After browning 1" thick pork chops, I only cooked for 35 minutes. The sauces becomes a nice, deep brown glaze that has a fabulous flavor. We have made this twice since the first time and enjoyed it every time - it's definitely a keeper!

    We tried this the other night and it was great! Would have been even better if I'd remembered to poke holes in the chops! Depending on how well-cooked you like your pork, though, an hour might be too long to leave it in the oven. Next time I make it I'll probably shave off about fifteen minutes. Super yummy - even my picky husband liked it!
