Ingredients
- 4 pork chops-1/2 to 3/4" thick
- 1/4c chicken broth
- 1/8c honey
- 1/8c soy sauce
- 1/4tsp ginger
- 1/8tsp garlic salt
- 1Tbs ketchup
Directions
- Brown chops on both sides.
- Place in greased casserole dish
- Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chops.\Bake,uncovered,at 350 for 1 hour!
