How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF
  • Grease a tin baking dish with butter and dot with remaining butter.
  • Peel bananas, slice lengthwise and place in baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, zest, sugar, cinnamon and ginger.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • Pour the banana liqueur over the bananas, tossing the bananas to distribute the liquid. Drizzle with coconut milk
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with toasted coconut.

    This looks like a really tasty summery dessert! Like the combination of ingredients. Bookmarking this one.(I'll never live long enough to try everything I've bookmarked!) LOL
