My Dads Spinach Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb frozen chopped spinach, defrosted

3 eggs partially beaten

1 clove garlic, chopped fine

1 Tbsp yellow onion, chopped fine

1 cup feta cheese

10 ozs cottage cheese

2 Tbsp olive oil

3 or 4 "pats" of butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Pour all ingredients into lightly oiled 9 inch deep dish pie dish.

"Dot" the top with butter.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until knife blade inserted in center comes out clean.

Serve hot or Cold. MMMMM!!
