My Dads Spinach Pie Recipe Egravinapooh / All my dishes

This is a spinach pie that my dad created and has become another family favorite. the flavors mesh so well it seems as though they were born to be together, lol. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
  • 3 eggs partially beaten
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp yellow onion, chopped fine
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 10 ozs cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 or 4 "pats" of butter

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Pour all ingredients into lightly oiled 9 inch deep dish pie dish.
  4. "Dot" the top with butter.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until knife blade inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Serve hot or Cold. MMMMM!!
