Since I was going to work all day, I choose to cook this in a crockpot. I cooked it on low for 8 hours and the chicken was so tender. It actually had sort of an Asian taste. As if I put soy sauce in it, but I didn't. Maybe it was the ginger. Either way it was amazing. Thanks!!
