Ingredients

6 chicken breasts

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup corn oil

1 tablespoon garlic

1 teaspoon ginger

1 can tomato soup

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients except chicken in large mixing bowl.

Put chicken in large plastic bag and pour marinade over top. Refrigerate overnight. Grill and serve.

Since I was going to work all day, I choose to cook this in a crockpot. I cooked it on low for 8 hours and the chicken was so tender. It actually had sort of an Asian taste. As if I put soy sauce in it, but I didn't. Maybe it was the ginger. Either way it was amazing. Thanks!!
