Bleu Cheese Garlic Bread Recipe

Hubby and I got tired of eating same ol' plain garlic bread to go with our spaghetti, so I made something a little different and it's GOOD! I use bleu cheese dressing on mine and hubby rather have ranch dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 slices of Sara Lee Sourdough Bread
- 2 TBSP Bleu Cheese dressing (or Ranch dressing)
- Margarine or Butter(I use unsalted butter)
- Garlic powder
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Parsley Flakes
Directions
- Turn oven on BROIL
- Spread margarine (or butter) evenly
- Sprinkle garlic powder
- Pour approx 1 tbsp bleu cheese dressing (or ranch) on each slice, spread evenly
- sprinkle parsley flakes on each slices
- Sprinkle cheese evenly on each slices
- Put in oven on bottom rack for approx 5 mins til cheese melted, than move up to top rack close to the broil burner, broil for approx 5 mins to til cheese bubbly and golden brown, Don't leave the kitchen too long as it will broil faster on top rack.
- Cut slices in half and serve with spaghetti.
- Enjoy!!
