How to make it

  • Cook cauliflower in stok and puree with a mixer.
  • Stir egg yolks with a hand mixer and add slowly oil. Add mustard, sour cream, salt and pepper, cauliflower and grated onion. Serve in tomatoes.
Empty tomatoes.   Close

    This sounds good. I once had tomatoes with peas stuffed inside, that was a fancy dinner in West Hollywood, 35 years ago. I would like to try this and maybe add the peas and some chopped up water chestnuts for crunch. You have my mouth watering. Your recipe opens to many variations. Nice job. JJ
