Creamy Citrus Trifle

- 1 (3.4 oz.) package lemon instant pudding mix shopping list
- 2 cups skim milk shopping list
- 1 (8 oz) carton low-fat sour cream shopping list
- 1/3 cup low-sugar orange marmalade shopping list
- 1 Tbl. dry sherry or unsweetened orange juice shopping list
- 8 oz. angel food cake, cut into 3/4" cubes shopping list
- 2 (11 oz) cans mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained shopping list
How to make it
- Combine pudding mix and milk, stirring until smooth. Stir in sour cream; set aside. Combine marmalade and sherry, stirring with a wire whisk until blended.
- Arrange half of cake cubes in a 1 1/2 quart trifle bowl or straight sided glass bowl. Spoon half of pudding muxture over cake. Drizzle marmalade mixture. Repeat layers with remaining cake, puding mixture, and oranges.
- Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
