Ingredients
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon jam sugar
  • 500 ml cream
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 2 gelatine foils

Directions
  1. For the top cook lemon juice with jam sugar for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour it in small forms and let it cool.
  3. Cook cream with sugar and lemon zest for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice and gelatine.
  5. Fill into the forms and let it cool for 4 hours.
