Ingredients

How to make it

  • Whisk together broth, cornstarch, Splenda, tamari, vinegar and ginger; set aside.
  • Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, and spray with PAM.
  • Add scallions and broccoli, cook 4-5 minutes, stirring often.
  • Add garlic and pepper flakes and cook 2 minutes further.
  • Add tofu cubes and cook until browned all over, 3-5 minutes.
  • Add sauce, and simmer until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
  • Divide rice into 4 wide bowls, top each with 1/4 of the wok contents. Serve hot.

    It would depend on what you use, just make sure it would equal 2 tbsp of sugar (like Splenda does).

    do you know if using a different sugar substitute would alter the taste too much? or for the worse?

    why not? it makes it a complete meal and the rice soaks up the sauce. you caqn substitute anything you wish

    This is indeed very healthy, maybe too healthy for the likes of me lol I love my indiscretions in the kitchen too too much ;) I imagine this would taste pretty good though judging by the ingredients. Thanks for sharing.
