Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese,shredded
  • 1 1/4 cup Bisquick
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp.salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper, more if you want
  • 1/2 tsp. dried organo

Directions
  1. Preheat oven on 350F.
  2. Layer sausage, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes, and cheese in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
  3. Blend remaining ingredients. Pour over sausage mixture.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  5. Cut into 12 squares.
