How to make it

  • Saute onions & bacon together in 2T. olive oil until you can hardly tell one from the other.
  • Pepper heavily & salt to taste while cooking.
  • Pour over hot mostaciolli cooked al dente in salted water.
  • Fold in mozzarella & a generous amount of freshly grated parmesan.
