Penne Al Arrabiata in Bianco

- 3/4lb. penne rigati (mostaciolli) shopping list
- 1/2lb. bacon diced shopping list
- 4 med. onions; sliced shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 8oz. mozzarella; grated shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onions & bacon together in 2T. olive oil until you can hardly tell one from the other.
- Pepper heavily & salt to taste while cooking.
- Pour over hot mostaciolli cooked al dente in salted water.
- Fold in mozzarella & a generous amount of freshly grated parmesan.
