Ingredients
  • 3/4lb. penne rigati (mostaciolli)
  • 1/2lb. bacon diced
  • 4 med. onions; sliced
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • 8oz. mozzarella; grated
  • parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Saute onions & bacon together in 2T. olive oil until you can hardly tell one from the other.
  2. Pepper heavily & salt to taste while cooking.
  3. Pour over hot mostaciolli cooked al dente in salted water.
  4. Fold in mozzarella & a generous amount of freshly grated parmesan.
