Never Fail Fudge

This is my all time favorite fudge recipe that I make around the Christmas holidays. Not only is it delicious but so easy to make!
Ingredients
- 6 1/2 ounces of evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 cups of sugar shopping list
- 12 marshmallows (cut up) shopping list
- 1 large bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 4 ounces of margarine or butter shopping list
- 1 cup of chopped nuts (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the evaporated milk with the sugar in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- After the mixture has come to a boil, reduce heat to medium and time for 6 minutes.
- Stir constantly or it will stick.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cut up marshmallows, the chocolate, butter and nuts.
- Spread the mixture in a greased 8x8x2 pan.
- Refrigerate and when firm,cut.
