Never Fail Fudge Recipe
This is my all time favorite fudge recipe that I make around the Christmas holidays. Not only is it delicious but so easy to make!

Ingredients
  • 6 1/2 ounces of evaporated milk
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 12 marshmallows (cut up)
  • 1 large bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces of margarine or butter
  • 1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

Directions
  1. Mix the evaporated milk with the sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. After the mixture has come to a boil, reduce heat to medium and time for 6 minutes.
  4. Stir constantly or it will stick.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the cut up marshmallows, the chocolate, butter and nuts.
  6. Spread the mixture in a greased 8x8x2 pan.
  7. Refrigerate and when firm,cut.

I am not normally a Fudge lover, but this recipe sounds quite ineresting with thwe Marshmallows and nuts in it. I`ll give it a whirl sometime. lol

Do you stir the mixture until the marshmellows melt?


This is almost the same as the fudge my family makes at Christmas too. It's the best!
