My version of this receipe is a little different than other peoples as mine has very little sugar in it. Great cookie, made on 3-18-08 & scarfed up!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour (all purpose)
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal (fast cooking)
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup (or more) unsweetned coca powder
  • 1 pkg butter (salted) softened
  • 2 eggs (beaten)

Directions
  1. Preheat Oven 345-350 degrees
  2. In a bowl mix butter, eggs and light brown sugar
  3. In another bowl mix the dry ingredients
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients gradually
  5. Drop by tsps into cookie pans
  6. Remove pans and allow cookies to sit for a few minutes
  7. Transfer to cooling racks until well cooled
  8. Yum, Yum, a darn good cookie!

I tried to make these yesterday and they didn't turn out at all. I had to throw them away. I'm not sure why. They sound good though!
