Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups flour (all purpose)

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup oatmeal (fast cooking)

1 cup Peanut Butter

1/3 cup (or more) unsweetned coca powder

1 pkg butter (salted) softened

2 eggs (beaten)

Directions

Preheat Oven 345-350 degrees

In a bowl mix butter, eggs and light brown sugar

In another bowl mix the dry ingredients

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients gradually

Drop by tsps into cookie pans

Remove pans and allow cookies to sit for a few minutes

Transfer to cooling racks until well cooled

Yum, Yum, a darn good cookie!

I tried to make these yesterday and they didn't turn out at all. I had to throw them away. I'm not sure why. They sound good though!
