How to make it

  • Heat the Whip Cream . Remove before it starts to bubble .
  • Add the chocolate . Stir until melted .
  • Cool it completely .
  • Whisk the Eggs and Sugar until white and fluffy .
  • Fold in the Melted Chocolate .
  • Gently fold in the Yogurt .
  • Mix the Gelatine .
  • Pour in a disposable mould ( OR in serving cups and chill to set for atleast 2 to 3 hrs ).
  • Refrigerate
  • Once it's almost starts to set , turn it upside down and chill overnite .
  • Top it with some fresh fruits and Icing sugar .
  • Decorate using your imagination .
  • ALWAYS KEEP CHILLED and MUST CONSUME WITHIN 24 HRS .
