How to make it

  • Mix flour, sugar and salt together in saucepan. Add egg yolks, coconut and 1/2 cup milk. Stir well. Gradually add the remaining milk and cook on medium heat; stiring constantly until mixture becomes thick.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and butter. Pour into baked pie crust and top with meringue.
