Great with fish, fries and slaw! Now that is my kind of meal!

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 medium onion, chopped well
- 1 teasp. sugar
- 1 teasp. baking powder
- tomato juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix in enough tomato juice to make a stiff batter.
- Using 1/2 teasp. batter, let it roll off your fingertips into hot oil.
- Cook until brown.
