Ingredients

3 hard cooked eggs

3 slices shaved smoked ham, finely chopped

1 Claussen Kosher Dill Mini pickle, finely chopped

1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip dressing

1 tsp. stone ground mustard

Directions

cut eggs in half lengthwise.

Remove yolks, place in a bowl, mash with fork.

Add ham and pickles, dressing and mustard mix until well blended.

Fill a plastic bag with filing and cut off one corner with pinking shears.

Gently squeeze the filing into the egg white halves.

Cover with plastic wrap until chilled

Garnish with paprika if desired
