Brownie Surprise Recipe

Ingredients

1 can rinsed and drained beans (black, kidney, white, any...)

3 eggs or egg substitute

3 tablespoons oil

4 tablespoons cocoa powder

pinch of salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 to 3/4 teaspoons stevia powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray 8 by 8 baking dish with canola oil cooking spray.

Mix ingredients in food processor until smooth.

Pour into baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes.
