Ingredients
  • 2 Cups shredded cooked chicken (bbq leftover adds zip)
  • 1 (16 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 (4oz) can diced green chiles
  • 1 Cup Hellman's or Best Foods Mayonaise
  • 1 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients into 1 1/2 Qt glass baking dish
  2. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
  3. Tip: after taking out of oven add some more grated parmesan on top
  4. Serve warm with pita or party bread!

I would have never thought of adding chicken to this... it sounds really good! Adding chicken would make it more hearty too, like an hors'doeuvre you could serve at a cocktail party! :D
