Great change of pace on this spicy shrimp. I always double the recipe since our friends and family are huge shrimp eaters. Hope you enjoy as much as they all do.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger root finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili paste
  • 2 pounds jumbo shrimp cleaned and deveined
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Lettuce greens

Directions
  1. Heat oil and butter in a skillet until hot.
  2. Sauté garlic, ginger, chili paste and shrimp until shrimp starts to turn pink about 5 minutes.
  3. Add lime juice.
  4. Serve over a bed of lettuce greens.
