Orange Apricot Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • In large mixer bowl, with an electric mixer, combine cake mix and jello
  • Add oil and apricot nectar
  • Mix on low to blend
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
  • Beat for about 1 minute more
  • Add extracts
  • Pour into a greased and floured Bundt cake pan
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour
  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes
  • Turn onto cake plate or stand
  • ICING
  • In bowl, combine powdered sugar and orange juice
  • Add grated orange rind
  • Spoon slowly over cake
  • THIS CAKE ALSO CAN BE MADE IN A 9 X 13 PAN
