Ingredients

English Muffins (1 to 1-1/2 per person)

Chicken, can be leftover, cut into bite size pieces

Gravy - canned or mix will work just fine if no leftovers

Cheese curds or shredded cheddar cheese

Optional: Add some peas, and pretend like this is good for you ;)

Directions

Lightly toast split english muffins

Arrange on plate

Spread chicken over muffins

Spread cheese over chicken

Spoon gravy over all

Heat in microwave until cheese melts, approximately 3-4 minutes

Yum! This is my quick creamed chicken, except I don't use cheese and I use a white sauce instead of gravy. My husband would love the added cheese! He's a poutine fanatic and he's not even from Quebec!
