Poutine is a fave originating from Quebec - Fries, topped with cheese curds and gravy. This variation turns it into a quick meal - lunch, dinner, or even a delicious snack.

Ingredients
- English Muffins (1 to 1-1/2 per person)
- Chicken, can be leftover, cut into bite size pieces
- Gravy - canned or mix will work just fine if no leftovers
- Cheese curds or shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: Add some peas, and pretend like this is good for you ;)
Directions
- Lightly toast split english muffins
- Arrange on plate
- Spread chicken over muffins
- Spread cheese over chicken
- Spoon gravy over all
- Heat in microwave until cheese melts, approximately 3-4 minutes
