This recipe is unique in that it uses cola and tastes quite good served on top of rice.

Ingredients
  • 1 Whole Chicken, about 3 pounds
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 Large Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Cup Cola, Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper. etc.

Directions
  1. Wash and pat thawed chicken dry
  2. Salt and Pepper to taste
  3. Put chicken in slow cooker
  4. Put onions on top of chicken
  5. Add cola and ketchup on top of onions
  6. Cook on High 4 to 6 hours or 8 to 10 on Low
  7. Enjoy!!!
