Cola Chicken

This recipe is unique in that it uses cola and tastes quite good served on top of rice.
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, about 3 pounds shopping list
- 1 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1 Large onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 Cup cola, Coke, Pepsi, Dr. pepper. etc. shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and pat thawed chicken dry
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Put chicken in slow cooker
- Put onions on top of chicken
- Add cola and ketchup on top of onions
- Cook on High 4 to 6 hours or 8 to 10 on Low
- Enjoy!!!

I do this ontop of the stove, it's a Mr. Food recipe. Love it, works well with pork chops too. You have my 5, Happy Easter.
