This is a good for about anything. It is good with fries.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. fish, cooked, any kind
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 3 Tblsp. flour
  • 1/8 teasp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tblsp. minced parsley
  • salt and peppr to taste

Directions
  1. Mash fish.
  2. In a bowl, beat egg yolks until light and thick.
  3. Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and fish.
  4. In another bowl, Beat egg whites to a froth and add to mixture.
  5. Drop by Tblsps. into hot oil in deep fryer.
  6. Fry until golden brown.
