How to make it

  • Mash fish.
  • In a bowl, beat egg yolks until light and thick.
  • Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and fish.
  • In another bowl, Beat egg whites to a froth and add to mixture.
  • Drop by Tblsps. into hot oil in deep fryer.
  • Fry until golden brown.
