Think it's all in the name, but never had any
comparable when out to eat. It's quick, easy
and really good with the Scallops brown butter and hazelnut recipe if you want surf and turf.

I wish i see this recipe yesterday, i love the sauce , i cooked on medium high heat, for 4 min each and it turn medium well, but still taste preety good, i pile them in the plate and cover with foil, and all the juice come done( did i do something wrong there,)
