How to make it

  • PREHEAT OVEN
  • SHELL AND SLICE THE HARD BOILED EGGS
  • MELT BUTTER IN A PAN AND STIR IN FLOUR
  • COOK, STIRRING FOR 1 MINUTE.
  • REMOVE FROM HEAT AND GRADUALLY ADD MILK.
  • BRING TO BOIL, STIRRING UNTIL THICKENED
  • STIR IN SALT AND PEPPER, MUSTARD, PARSLEY AND DILL
  • ARRANGE PRAWNS AND EGGS IN OVENPROOF DISH
  • POUR SAUCE OVER AND SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE
  • BAKE FOR 15 - 20 MINUTES UNTIL TOP IS GOLDEN AND BUBBLING.
  • FOR AN EVEN SPICIER FLAVOUR REPLACE THE MUSTARD WITH A PINCH OF CURRY POWDER.
