CHEESY PRAWN BAKE

- 6 HARD BOILED eggs shopping list
- 1 OZ. butter shopping list
- 1 OZ PLAIN flour shopping list
- 1/2 PINT milk shopping list
- 3 TBLSP fresh parsley shopping list
- 3 TBSP CHOPPED FRESH dill shopping list
- salt AND pepper shopping list
- 1/4 TSP dry mustard shopping list
- 10 0Z. PEELED prawns shopping list
- 3 TBSP GRATED CHEDDAR OR EMMENTHAL cheese shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT OVEN
- SHELL AND SLICE THE HARD BOILED EGGS
- MELT BUTTER IN A PAN AND STIR IN FLOUR
- COOK, STIRRING FOR 1 MINUTE.
- REMOVE FROM HEAT AND GRADUALLY ADD MILK.
- BRING TO BOIL, STIRRING UNTIL THICKENED
- STIR IN SALT AND PEPPER, MUSTARD, PARSLEY AND DILL
- ARRANGE PRAWNS AND EGGS IN OVENPROOF DISH
- POUR SAUCE OVER AND SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE
- BAKE FOR 15 - 20 MINUTES UNTIL TOP IS GOLDEN AND BUBBLING.
- FOR AN EVEN SPICIER FLAVOUR REPLACE THE MUSTARD WITH A PINCH OF CURRY POWDER.
