I make this at least once a month. It is wonderful on toasted English muffins.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup orange blossom honey
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until blended (about 2 minutes).
  2. Serve butter at room temperature
