I looked at a number of recipes on the site, and didn't find this one, so my apologies if it is a duplicate. This is from a grocery store recipe from one of those tear-off pads.

Ingredients
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce, your favorite variety, 26-32 ounces
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 6 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Use a 13x9 dish.
  2. Pour sauce in bottom.
  3. Stir in the 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  4. Add chicken, then turn it over to evenly coat it with sauce on both sides.
  5. Cover with foil and cook in a preheated 375 oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Uncover and top with the mozzarella cheese and the 2 Tbsp parmesan.
  7. Bake 5 more minutes, or longer if the chicken is not cooked through or the cheese is not melted.
  8. Serving suggestion: serve with your favorite hot pasta.
