How to make it

  • Rub outside of tenderloin with salt and pepper then roast in preheated 225 oven for 45 minutes.
  • Slice beef at an angle into 1/2" slices.
  • Heat butter in skillet until melted then add mushrooms and onions and cook until tender.
  • Add garlic salt, broths and wine then simmer 15 minutes.
  • Pour mushroom mixture over sliced tenderloin and serve immediately.
