Cheesecake Bar Cookies

Another recipe from my friend Charlotte.
Ingredients
- 9 sq. graham crackers, finely crushed shopping list
- 1/2 C. flour shopping list
- 1/2 C. chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1/4 C. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 C. butter, melted shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/3 C. sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice shopping list
- 2 Tbs. finely crushed graham cracker shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together first 4 ingredients add melted butter, mix until
- crumbly.
- Pat into ungreased 9x9x2 baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar.
- Add egg and lemon juice.
- Mix well.
- Pour over baked layer.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
- Cool and cut in squares.
- Yields 3 dozen. Store in refrigerator.
