Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix flour and seasonings.
  • Coat chicken and brown both sides in pan
  • Sauce:
  • Melt butter over low heat, dissovle chicken bouillon cube in butter
  • Remove from heat, blend in flour till smooth
  • Gradually add milk stirring constantly
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Cook over low-med heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and boils
  • Reduce heat and cook 2 more minutes
  • Stir spinach into sauce, pour into casserole dish, place chicken breasts on top of spinach and top with generous amount of shredded mozzerella
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes
