How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, combine the honey and oil. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add the vanilla. Incorporate the peanut butter into the egg and honey mixture. Add the flour mixture and chocolate chips and beat well. Drop the batter from a spoon, well apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes.

    I am not the biggest fan of 'healthful' recipes *feigning shame* Sorry, gotta have my indiscretions in the kitchen if not anywhere else lol But, I will give these a try - to make up for my culinary excesses of late. Thanks for posting - seems like there is salvation for me yet LMAO
