Oatmeal Protein Drink (warm)

- 1 cup filtered water shopping list
- 1/3 cup quick oats shopping list
- 1 tbsp maple syrup shopping list
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder shopping list
- 1 shake ground cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the water to a near boil (~90C)
- Combine hot water and quick oats. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Put the oats in a blender. Add maple syrup and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a mug and shake cinnamon on top.
