Oatmeal Protein Drink Warm Recipe
A warm oatmeal drink with a scoop of protein powder. Great for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 shake ground cinnamon

Directions
  1. Heat the water to a near boil (~90C)
  2. Combine hot water and quick oats. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Put the oats in a blender. Add maple syrup and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a mug and shake cinnamon on top.
