How to make it

  • Heat the water to a near boil (~90C)
  • Combine hot water and quick oats. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Put the oats in a blender. Add maple syrup and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a mug and shake cinnamon on top.
