This is a great sauce. Use it on tortilla chips, nacho's, sandwiches, and as a marinade for chicken. It's a winner

Ingredients
  • 2 Avacodos
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Small White Onion
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 Clove Garlic
  • 1 or 2 Serrano Peppers
  • 1/4 C. Red Wine Vinegar
  • Olive Oil

Directions
  1. You'll need a blender of some kind.
  2. Wash the produce.
  3. Rough chop bell pepper and onion. (put in blender)
  4. Add avacados, cilantro, garlic, juice of 1 lime, and red wine vinegar to blender
  5. Add serrano peppers to blender for heat. Use however many you'd like or dont use them at all.
  6. Turn on blender and add Olive Oil until smooth.
  7. Enjoy.
