How to make it

  • You'll need a blender of some kind.
  • Wash the produce.
  • Rough chop bell pepper and onion. (put in blender)
  • Add avacados, cilantro, garlic, juice of 1 lime, and red wine vinegar to blender
  • Add serrano peppers to blender for heat. Use however many you'd like or dont use them at all.
  • Turn on blender and add Olive Oil until smooth.
  • Enjoy.

    Looking to add something to a BLT, this looks like just the ticket. Thanks. Over did the cilantro in the late eighties and still have to watch how much I use. Only one Serrano. Used half the vinegar to start, ended up putting 2 Tablespoons, instead of the three. Used garlic press for smoother texture and less bite. Used the zest of the lime as well.
