How to make it

  • Bring chicken stock to a boil.
  • Add cream of corn and corn nibblets. Bring to a boil.
  • Add the white part of the green onion, crabmeat and soy sauce.
  • Mix cornflour with 1 tbsp of water.
  • Add to soup and boil to a boil until it thickens.
  • Sprinkle with remaining green onion and serve.
