Sweet Corn Crabmeat Soup

- 1 can of cream of corn shopping list
- 1 can of sweet corn nibblets shopping list
- 100 g crabmeat shopping list
- 1 green onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 cups of chicken stock shopping list
- 3 tbsp of cornflour shopping list
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Bring chicken stock to a boil.
- Add cream of corn and corn nibblets. Bring to a boil.
- Add the white part of the green onion, crabmeat and soy sauce.
- Mix cornflour with 1 tbsp of water.
- Add to soup and boil to a boil until it thickens.
- Sprinkle with remaining green onion and serve.
