How to make it

  • In saucepan over very low heat, mix Kamora and sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved
  • Remove from heat
  • Melt chocolate and cream in top of double boiler and mix until smooth, remove from heat and cool for 20 mins
  • Stir chocolate into Kamora mixture
  • Carefully fold in egg whites, then whipped cream
  • Chill 3 hours before serving.
