Kamora Chocolate Mousse

- 1/4 c Kamora coffee liqueur shopping list
- 1/4 c splenda shopping list
- 4 oz semi sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 3 tbsp cream shopping list
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff shopping list
- 1 c whipping cream, beaten shopping list
How to make it
- In saucepan over very low heat, mix Kamora and sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved
- Remove from heat
- Melt chocolate and cream in top of double boiler and mix until smooth, remove from heat and cool for 20 mins
- Stir chocolate into Kamora mixture
- Carefully fold in egg whites, then whipped cream
- Chill 3 hours before serving.
