How to make it

  • Pat dry fish. Salt and pepper both sides and place in resealable plastic bag.
  • Combine marmalade, wine, ginger, mustard, garlic, cayenne, five spice, green onion with fish. Seal and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 450 degree. Place fish in baking dish. Bake 4 minutes per side per 1/2 thickness. Baste with marmalade sauce.
  • Transfer to plates. Sprinkle with almonds and serve with orange slices as garnish.
