Sweet And Fiery Glazed Salmon

- 8 portions of salmon filets or steaks shopping list
- 3/4 c of orange marmalade shopping list
- 1 small navel orange, sliced shopping list
- 2 stalks of green onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 tsp of dry white wine shopping list
- 1 tsp of fresh ginger, grated shopping list
- 1 tsp of Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/4 five spice powder shopping list
- 1/4 c toasted almond slices shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Pat dry fish. Salt and pepper both sides and place in resealable plastic bag.
- Combine marmalade, wine, ginger, mustard, garlic, cayenne, five spice, green onion with fish. Seal and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 450 degree. Place fish in baking dish. Bake 4 minutes per side per 1/2 thickness. Baste with marmalade sauce.
- Transfer to plates. Sprinkle with almonds and serve with orange slices as garnish.
