How to make it

  • Cook pasta 4 1/2 minutes (the pasta should be cooked only halfway) in a large pot of salted water. Drain and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Add water to a large pot over medium-high heat
  • Add the onion, garlic, seafood and cherry tomatoes and saute about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the broth. Simmer 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in tomato sauce and basil.
  • Add cooked pasta to sauce, tossing to coat.
  • Equally divide the pasta among 4 parchment paper squares.
  • Fold the squares to make a triangle and dampen the edges to seal.
  • Wrap the triangles in foil. Bake 5 minutes and serve.
