Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook unpeeled potatoes and 1 teaspoon salt until tender, about 25 min
  • Peel and cut up potatoes into 9x13 casserole dish
  • In large sauce pan melt butter and onion
  • Stir in flour and blend until smooth
  • Stir in milk until bubbly
  • Stir in 2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Pour over potatoes in casserole dish covering all potatoes
  • -you can also gently stir
  • Top with cheese and bread crumbs
  • *Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes uncovered
