The beer really lends serious flavor and tenderizes .

Ingredients
  • 2 packs of country style ribs
  • 1 bottle of you favorite BBQ sauce .[ mines sweet baby rays ]
  • 1 bottle good stout beer
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbs pepper
  • 1 tbs salt

Directions
  1. Boil in big sauce pot for about 20 min with salt , pepper and chili flakes .
  2. Baste with BBQ sauce and sear on grill or grill pan .
  3. Don't cook just sear for smoky out door flavor .
  4. After the ribs have nice grill marks on them transfer to a slow cooker or crock pot .
  5. Add beer and BBQ sauce and cook on low . If the ribs become tender be for the 5 hours are up there done .
