Ingredients
  • 10 cups of water
  • 3/4 cup of dry hibiscus flower petals
  • 3/4 to 1 cup of sugar or splenda (sweeten to your taste, this is the amount I like)

Directions
  1. Bring water to a rolling boil.
  2. Add the dry petals.
  3. Let boil for 15 mins.
  4. Add sugar and stir in until dissolved.
  5. Strain into large bowl, discard the flower petals.
  6. Let cool completely.
  7. Pour into a pitcher (preferably glass, because the color of this tea is a magnificent ruby red that you will want everyone to see, lol)
  8. Chill in refrigerator.
  9. Serve with Ice cubes and enjoy!
