Ingredients
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can of canned mushrooms
  • 1 soup can water
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 4 medium Potatoes quartered
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen baby carrots
  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Directions
  1. Preheat oven @ 400
  2. Mix soup, water, 1 tsp Italian Seasoning, Potatoes and carrots in shallow casserole pan.
  3. Top with Chicken. Sprinkle with remaining Italian seasoning and paprika
  4. Bake for 50 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir veggies.
  5. Enjoy
