We really enjoyed the potato bread baked in the bread machine so wanted to see how sweet potato bread would be. Recipe was definitely worth making!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup leftover sweet potato water
- 1/2 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato
- 4 T butter or margarine
- 3 T brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 1/'2 tsp yeast
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Put the ingredients in the order requested by your particular bread machine.
- 5 minutes into the cycle when your bread machine usually beeps throw in the shredded Cheddar cheese.

My mum makes a sweet potato dough and fries it. They taste great but I think this is a much healthier way to get that same great sweet tater flavour I like so much. Thanks for posting.
