How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 300F/120C/Gas Mark 3
  • Grease a medium-sized casserole dish
  • Combine corn, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a large bowl
  • Pour into casserole dish
  • Combine the crumbs and melted butter and toss until mixed well
  • Sprinkle evenly over the corn mixture
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until firm
