Creamed Corn Custard

- 2 cups canned creamed corn shopping list
- 3 large eggs, well beaten shopping list
- 2 cups warm milk shopping list
- 1tsp sugar shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Dash of nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs shopping list
- 2Tbsp melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300F/120C/Gas Mark 3
- Grease a medium-sized casserole dish
- Combine corn, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a large bowl
- Pour into casserole dish
- Combine the crumbs and melted butter and toss until mixed well
- Sprinkle evenly over the corn mixture
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until firm
