Spanish Cream

- 1 1/2 C low fat evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 C water shopping list
- 1/2 C sugar shopping list
- 10 g gelatine shopping list
- 3 eggs , separated shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla essence shopping list
How to make it
- Bring to boil milk , water , sugar and gelatine over medium heat stirring occasionally .
- Beat the yolks lightly and pour into the milk mixture and bring to boil . Remove from heat .
- Beat the egg whites until fluffy .
- Add the essence and fold the whites into the mixture .
- Pour into a mould and chill until set .
