Ingredients
  • 8 oz carrot
  • 3 1/2 oz figs
  • 1 orange
  • 1 inch cube fresh gingerroot, roughly chopped
  • 3 1/2 oz banana
  • Nutritional value: 460 calories
  • Vitamin A
  • Vitamin C
  • magnesium
  • Vitimin B 6
  • Tryptophan

Directions
  1. Juice the carrots, figs, orange and ginger.
  2. Put the juice into a blender with the banana and
  3. 2 ice cubes and blend for 20 seconds for a delicious
  4. smoothie. Add more ice cubes and decorate with figs,
  5. if desired.
